SWEDISH MEATBALLS
Meatballs:
1 lb ground lean beef
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp minced onion
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
6 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup water
4 Tbsp cider vinegar
Combine meatball ingredients and form into balls. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
